that white little thing

last friday, i've planned to go back from office early, just after the afternoon demo of the cabbage system was done. Then. After I finished packing my laptops and was about to make my move, I somehow glanced to the floor. And somehow there's a white thing. And somehow it's moving @@

hamster. a shaggy hamster. Then I realized that one of the lab visitors, a lady, saw the hamster escaping the cage and was pointing at it, indirectly commanding me to pick it up. I was gonna ask the secretary (who's been feeding it and dealing with it) to pick it up, but she's somewhere far.. so it'd be shameful if I yell out for her to come over. SO! What d heck. I passed my hands to the hamster. It NEVER happened before. At most I would just touch touch its head. but this time..bite bite. crunch. well.. good it wasn't painful.

so i picked it up, returned it to the cage.. and so it made my day =D

my first powerplug experience

I was throwing tissues away when I noticed a multiplug placed inside the dustbin, at the lab, some time ago. I took it and brought it home. The reason it was thrown away, I later noticed, was that because the power plug (the head) was spoiled.

So. I eventually bought a power plug and just now uses the labs' screwdrivers to fix it. Took me 25mins or so.. and snap, we have a new multiplug for our PGP LAN shop =)
