duty.1

There's this angmo guy who came to me complaining about his printout's orientation. Well.. it's a complication of several variables: paper orientation, lecture note format, printout settings, so in short he gets a flip-page-up printout although he didn't tick for it.
And so he complained about the 'wrong printing'... he asked for refund. Though I told him that it's not the printer's error.. blah blah blah.. he insisted (with a red face somemore.. dunno it's because he's angry or because it's by default) so decided to call Rick (some pro-er dude).
Rick figured out that it is because of wrong setting, and he managed to explain to the angmo that it was setting faulty, not printer faulty, so it can't be refunded.
After the guy left.. Rick thought I could speak Chinese, so he blabbered an explanation about the recent problem to me in Chinese. I was too ashamed slash tickled to interrupt him.. so I didn't. Lucky he used proper gestures and a piece of paper when he talked. I only managed to catch several zhe yi ges, na yi ges and a jiao wo XD

Then.. another thing that happened was people complaining they can't do the booking. Geez. I should've gone to see caps lock first of all.. but instead I acted smart, eventually closing the program n made the screen go all black.
So I had to call Rick again.. which after struggling with the comp for 5mins decided to make a call (I suppose it's Darren, the pro-est dude) and found out that the windows key is pressable and the program can be run again from there.
Then he figured out the capslock thing.. and explained to me that it was the problem (it was good that he was so friendly, not blaming me for such small thing I couldn't handle). The funny thing was.. this time he explained everything in English. lol. Looks like he realized it.
