[re]start something

At first, I thought it should be meant for saying out thoughts that would swirl other people's thoughts.
Then I turned skeptic and told myself that everyone does it since they have nothing better to do.
Well, in fact there might too many things spinning around that you'd better have somewhere to put them bound.
